About Me

Hi! My name is Jordan. My passion for health began over tens years ago when I began working as a nurse….Read more about me below.

“There is no better time than now to start living healthy.”

Hey! Here is my story...I was not always fit!  As a kid and young adult, I was always overweight.  I put my health last, I didn't understand how to be healthy.   I focused most of my attention and effort on my career.  I worked 10 years as a mental health nurse in a prison, it was intense, stressful, and pushed me to look for ways to cope.  I looked for ways to feel better about my mental and physical health.

I tried every diet and exercise program out there.  FINALLY! I educated myself on proper nutrition and exercise for long term success.  I addressed my mental health with therapy, and quit my stressful nursing job.  It now seems like this all happened overnight.  I just woke up one day and I was obsessed with eating better, lifting weights, and hiking every chance I get.  Realistically it took years to reach this level of excitement, for something that at one point in my life seemed so challenging.

My passion for health and fitness has never stopped growing!  I took the leap to pursue my passion and started working full-time as a personal trainer.  I support women through their journey to get healthy.  I know it's a long road, I've been there!  I started my in-home personal training business in 2019.  My mission is to empower hard-working women, so they can focus on their own health and wellbeing.

Big changes! 2020 hit and now more than ever I want to make sure I can reach women, help them get strong, and feel good about their health. This year I launched one on one online coaching.  In December 2020 I will launch my first group online fitness coaching program! So Exciting!

I have lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for over ten years with my wife. We have three wonderful children in order of age; our Australian Shepherd Macho, daughter Aspen, and cat Cadence.
